HOW WE DO IT

If a customer believes that their water bill is too high, then the 3-month water leak wastage investigation service is for them. Preferably, based on the first two stages of both Free Water Wastage Reduction Evaluation and 5 Days Water Usage Monitoring, the Long-term Water Bill Review service allows a customer to have a detailed evaluation of their building to identify leaks or the potential risk areas of a leakage in the long run.

This service is at the discretion of the LeakDtech team whose knowledge and expertise will have the last say as to what is inspected and where.

What the service includes:

  • Free Water Wastage Reduction Evaluation and 5 Days Water Usage Monitoring are part of the service if not already carried out
  • Customer must supply recent utility bills and full MEP drawings
  • All findings are presented via a PDF report
  • Inspection services are carried out to identify leaks and reduce water bills by a minimum of 5%
  • Any additional devices or changes to current systems shall be to minimize leakage
  • 100% of all savings are paid to LeakDtech monthly over a period of 12 months after rectification
  • All billable inspections are due to be paid by the customer if no rectification work is carried out

If problems are identified, the correct course of action for either further testing or immediate rectification can be mutually agreed with the customer. The testing culminates with all findings being compared with recent utility bills that are then used as the baseline.

A final customer meeting to discuss findings is encouraged. The benefits of all leaks found can be immediately seen through lower water bills, however, should another leak occur then this will be treated as a standard billable job.

  • Offers an in-depth look at 12 months utility bills
  • Allows up to 90% of all leaks to be identified
  • Creates a baseline for annual reviews and permanent water savings

ABOUT US

LeakDtech is a group of engineers who have found that both private and commercial property owners or tenants alike, are not having their properties built or maintained to high enough standards that cause our customers to suffer with: a) constant water leaks, b) high bills or c) general bad workmanship – these are the three main reasons people why mostly engage our water leak services.

We don’t need to dig up your flooring or garden in order to locate your leak, our leak detection specialists use the most accurate leak detection technology to pinpoint the source of your leak. Because LeakDtech Dubai uses non-invasive leak detection methods, our services work out to be extremely cost-effective,

as hours of labour are saved in the leak detection process. Invasive methods of leak detection require the lifting of flooring, and the digging up of the ground along the path under which the leaking pipe is thought to run. This is obviously a time consuming and costly process. LeakDtech Dubai does exactly what it says. We specialise, 100%, in finding and

fixing all plumbing leaks using hi-tech equipment. Our ongoing investment into the latest equipment and training enables us to find leaks in the most difficult locations, non-invasively and without any damage to your property. So, while the initial cost of our service may seem high at first, it is far cheaper and less destructive than traditional techniques.
